Barry Bagheri, PE (CSE, ELE)
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bagheri has over 30 years of professional experience to his name, gained while working with prestigious firms in the USA, Europe, and England. Besides being a registered Professional Engineer, he is also considered a Chartered Engineer in the UK. Mr. Bagheri is affiliated with the US Green Building Council and is a member of the Texas Energy Managers Association (TEMA).
Mr. Bagheri is a graduate of Engineering Systems & Control from the University of England. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Huddersfield Polytechnic, England, and completed his Masters in Technology Engineering from the Wellingborough Institute.
His successful projects span over a variety of engineering fields such as Electrical, Mechanical, Building Automation systems, HVAC systems, Robotic designing, and Control Engineering.
As METCO’s Lead Engineer and CEO, Mr.Bagheri’s constant guidance and mentorship motivates the staff to thrive in innovative construction and design projects. By utilizing his excellent leadership skills, Mr. Bagheri continues to direct METCO’s team toward outstanding performances and incredible achievements.
Clifton Braddock, CEM, LEED AP
Director of Business Development
Mr. Braddock contributed his 34 years of experience to METCO when he joined us in 2017. Prior to joining the METCO team, Mr. Braddock created and launched Austin Energy’s district energy business, a $170M venture which began with $1M in revenue in the first year and currently stands at $20M annually.
Mr. Braddock is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Louisiana Tech University and has completed his Master’s of Business Administration from the same institute. He is a Registered Professional Engineer (Texas), a Certified Energy Manager, a LEED Associate Professional, and Investor Confidence Project Developer.
Mr. Braddock has served as a board member of US Green Building Council (Texas Chapter), is a former President of the American Society of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRAE), and former Regional Vice President of the Association of Energy Engineers.
Since the start, Mr. Braddock has provided creative energy solutions for the firm’s client base and built on the business development program, while implementing beneficial strategic planning. He directs and inspires his peers to perform diligently in design and installation sectors.
Garet McInroe, PMP
Mr. McInroe joined METCO as the Senior Project Manager in 2016. He brings in 15 years of expertise of working with subcontractors, general contractors, and software consultants. He has also worked as Owner’s Representative.
He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in Construction Science.. Mr. McInroe is professionally registered with Associated General Contractors of America and is affiliated with the US Green Building Council.
Besides being a certified PMP, he additionally holds certifications in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk Revit Architecture and Revit MEP. His extensive knowledge and unique skill sets help the team to accomplish project targets on time. One notable example is his scope of work in the Dallas Fair Park project, accomplished by METCO under his guidance.
Bruno Ramos, CEM
Mechanical Energy Manager
Mr. Ramos is an accomplished Account Executive at METCO who has served in the facilities services industry. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with the necessary expertise to optimise energy performance of buildings.
He has previously worked at Way Companies, SiEnergy, Park Cross Energy, LLC and Advoca Capital to name a few. He has gathered invaluable experience from his past work which is reflected in his work at METCO.
Mr. Ramos completed his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Energy from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a part-time volunteer at Houston Food Bank and a board member of Texas Exes Houston Chapter.
